The central location of our house gives you a quick access to the cities of Mainz, Wiesbaden, Frankfurt, Darmstadt and to the international Airport of Frankfurt. By bus you can reach Mainz (bus stop 200 m) in approx. 10 minutes.

Schäfer`s coutry house has its own personal atmosphere. Every room in the house is done in Mediterranean style.

The hotel is surrounded by a landscape garden with a fish-pond, stream and a terrace. The Old River Rhine is only 500 m away. It is ideal for getting a breath of fresh air and for jogging.

All the rooms have luxurious bathrooms with glass-fitted showers, granite washing- basins and expensive tiles. Every bathroom has a cosmeticmirror, hair-dryer and a towelwarmer.

Our beds guarantee a good night´s sleep and the decor in the rooms help you to relax. All the rooms have wooden parquet floors, colour-TV and a direct-line telephone.

Our large breakfast-buffet makes you feel fit for the whole day!

The style of our Restaurant is decorated in warm Mediterranean colours. There is rooom for up to 70 people. For private functions the restaurant opens on request. (around 20 guests)

For long staying guests we recommend our House Christel, which is situated on the promenade of the Old River Rhine. Its five appartments are fitted out with a complete kitchen-corner, colour TV and telephone. There is also a washing-machine and a clothes-dryer available for your own use.


                                                                                   

Part of our terms and conditions

The contract is valid the moment the room is booked reserved and confirmed.

Reserved rooms are available for our guests from 4.00 p.m on the day of arrival, untill 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

There is a surcharge for rooms not vacated on time: 50 % after 2.00 p.m. and 80 % after 5.00 p.m..

Hotel- und restaurant-bills are payable on demand.
